Внешние займы Российской Империи

 После поста про железные дороги, собирался написать пост про паровозное строительство и даже уже подготовил цифры/ссылки, но пока ездил по всяким конференциям, а также отдыхал, ссылки потерялись. Так что напишу про другое: в интернете есть прекрасная книга А.Е. Денисова "Государственные займы Российской империи 1798-1917". Я из нее взял только цифры по внешним займам, перевел все в серебрянные/золотые рубли (часть займов номинирована в гульденах/фунтах/франках) и свел в одну таблицу и 2 графика.

В качестве размера здесь приведен номинальный объем займа, на самом деле бумаги торговались дешевле и денег было выручено меньше.

Russian GDP per capita grew faster thaen of any other European country (or USA and Japan) between 1890 and 1913 (and that despite the fact that the Empire went trough more crisis then any other country in Europe!

This paper sheds a little light on the "Witte period" (which is sadly left out in "Maddisons" graphics (but he seems to use one of Maddisons books as a source), and shows the epoch of Alexander 2 in a quiet bad light.
His data for Russia seems to include Poland and gives higher numbers for most countrys than "Maddisons" exel document and is less favorable for Russian growth in comparison to others than it.
But still it shows that Russias GDP per capita has increased between 1890 and 1913 by 64,3%, while that of Austria by 34%, Germany by 51,1%, Frances by 46,6&, Britains by 24%, Italys by 35% and Spains by just 25,8% and the USA by 56,2%. In the RAN Book about world economy by Korolev and his collective I saw even higher numbers for Russia.
Maybe you could write something about Russias GDP?

I meant in percent thus in "относительном значении" you can find the absolute numbers in the link I gave in my post above
